З 29 травня по 01 червня 2023 року у рамках реалізації міжнародного ERASMUS+ проєкту «Синергія освітніх, наукових, управлінських та промислових компонентів для управління кліматом та запобігання зміні клімату / Synergy of educational, scientific, management and industrial components for climate management and climate change prevention/CLIMAN» 619119-EPP-1-2020-1-NL-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP проходили тренінг та зустріч Наглядової ради проєкту на базі Нідерландської академії бізнесу (м. Дордрехт, Нідерланди). У заходах від Харківського національного автомобільно - дорожнього університету прийняли участь відповідальний керівник Центру кліматичного менеджменту ХНАДУ, завідувач кафедри екології, проф. Наталія Внукова, провідний менеджер, гарант освітньої програми другого (магістерського) рівня вищої освіти «Екологічна безпека», доцент кафедри екології, доц. Ганна Желновач та відповідальний виконавець Центру кліматичного менеджменту ХНАДУ, аспірант кафедри екології Катерина Саркісян.
За результатами засідання Наглядової ради було обговорено поточні та стратегічні напрями реалізації проєкту CLIMAN, особливості формування звітності за проєктом, а також сформовано програму дій на найближчі півроку.
У рамках тренінгів проектні команди університетів-партнерів з України та Грузії пройшли спеціалізоване навчання від провідних європейських бізнес-експертів напрямами :
Теоретичні знання та практичні навички , які були отримані протягом тренінгів - це методологічна база для розробки інноваційних підходів щодо еко-бізнес-орієнтованого викладання навчальних дисциплін навчального модулю «Кліматичний менеджмент» заради підготовки фахівців кліматичного ринку та функціонування Центру кліматичного менеджменту ХНАДУ.
Команда CLINAN ХНАДУ висловлює щиру подяку команді CLIMAN Нідерландської академії бізнесу та її ректору проф. Яну ван Звіттену, а також всім запрошеним спікерам за організацію та проведення дуже корисного та насиченого заходу.

From May 29 to June 1, 2023, as part of the implementation of the international ERASMUS+ project "Synergy of educational, scientific, management and industrial components for climate management and climate change prevention / Synergy of educational, scientific, management and industrial components for climate management and climate change prevention/ CLIMAN" 619119-EPP-1-2020-1-NL-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP held training and a meeting of the Supervisory Board of the project on the basis of the Netherlands Academy of Business (Dordrecht, the Netherlands). The responsible head of the Center for Climate Management KHNAHU , the head of the Department of Ecology, prof. Nataliia Vnukova, leading manager Center for Climate Management KHNAHU , guarantor of the educational program of the second (master's) level of higher education "Ecological safety", associate professor of the Department of Ecology, Assoc. Ganna Zhelnovach and responsible executor of the Center for Climate Management KHNAHU, graduate student of the Department of Ecology, Kateryna Sarkisyan.
Based on the results of the meeting of the Supervisory Board, the current and strategic directions of CLIMAN project implementation were discussed, as well as the features of reporting on the project, as well as the action program for the next six months was formed.As part of the trainings, project teams of partner universities from Ukraine and Georgia received specialized training from leading European business experts in the following areas:
The theoretical knowledge and practical skills acquired during the trainings are a methodological basis for the development of innovative approaches to the eco-business-oriented teaching of academic disciplines of the "Climate Management" training module for the purpose of training climate market specialists and the functioning of the Center for Climate Management of the National Academy of Sciences.
