Проектна команда кафедри екології успішно почала реалізацію програмних завдань за робочими пакетами європейського проекту Transformational Learning Network for Resilience - Enabling Ukrainian higher education to ensure a sustainable and robust reconstruction of (post-war) Ukraine (TransLearnN), NA DAAD Project Number: 2023-1-DE01-KA220-HED-000157119 Проект стартував 01 жовтня 2023року. Робота є дуже складною та цікавою з точки зору структурно-логічної матриці проекту та кількості різномасштабних міждисциплінарних та міжгалузевих завдань щодо синергії освітнього та управлінського потенціалу з метою трансформації вищої освіти для підготовки фахівців майбутнього, які здатні відродити Україну після повномасштабної агресії.
Загальні пакети проекту – це робота з біосферними резерватами і досвід німецьких колег щодо ефективної роботи з ними (fool prof., Matthias Barth, Angela Dichte, Eberswalde University for Sustainable Development, Germany; робота з громадами щодо вивчення запиту на підготовку фахівців – енвайронменталістів, здатних ефективно працювати на розбудову зелених проектів (д.т.н.,проф., Ирина Коцюба та проектна команда Державного університету «Житомирська політехніка» , Житомир, д.т.н.,проф., Вікторія Хрутьба та проектна команда Національний транспортний університет, Київ) ; проведення аналізу планування діяльності на базі отриманих запитів стейкголдерів ( к.е.н.,доц.,Олена Максимець та проектна команда , Національний лісотехнічний університет, Львів) є створення принципово нових курсів , які відповідають вимогам ЮНЕСКО до вищої освіти майбутнього (д.т.н.,проф., Наталія Внукова та проектна команда ХНАДУ) та партнерські команди проектного консорціуму із Одеси, Миколаєву, Маріуполя та ін.
Під час робочої зимової сесії , початок якої почався 16 го січня 2024 року, поточні засідання відбувалися щосереди протягом січня-лютого , та заключний етап якої відбувся 6 березня 2024 року, було обговорено низку питань ,пов’язаних із організаційними та управлінськими питаннями, обговоренням алгоритму виконання завдань робочих пакетів та широкого обговорення освітніх програм різних рівней . На заключному засіданні робочої зимової сесії 6 березня 2024 року Професор Наталія ВНУКОВА, доценти Юлія КАЛЮЖНА, Наталія ЦАПКО (кафедра екології) обговорили питання спільної роботи із громадами за третім робочим пакетом проекту; заслухали пропозиції з боку іноземних та співвітчизняних стейголдерів ( роботодавців) за результатами обговорення освітніх програм першого , другого та третього рівнів вищої освіти (бакалаври, « ОПП «Екологія та охорона природнього навколишнього середовища», магістри , ОПП «Екологічна безпека» та доктори PhD , ОНП «Екологічна безпека» ) за спеціальністю «Екологія», навчання за якими забезпечує кафедра екології ХНАДУ; обговорили зміни у Переліку галузей знань і спеціальностей, за якими здійснюється підготовка здобувачів вищої освіти. Як пропозиція стейкголдерів пролунало що, в майбутньому, було б доцільним інноваційне оновлення програм бакалаврів та докторів філософії PhD шляхом додання нових курсів після закінчення проєкту Transformational Learning Network for Resilience - Enabling Ukrainian higher education to ensure a sustainable and robust reconstruction of (post-war) Ukraine (TransLearnN). Було відмічене, що рекомендація є актуальною для нових проектів освітніх програм на 2025/26 навчальний рік після закінчення проекту та розроблення таких курсів.

The project team of the Department of Ecology has successfully started the implementation of programme tasks under the work packages of the European project Transformational Learning Network for Resilience - Enabling Ukrainian higher education to ensure a sustainable and robust reconstruction of (post-war) Ukraine (TransLearnN), NA DAAD Project Number: 2023-1-DE01-KA220-HED-000157119 The project started on 01 October 2023. The work is very complex and interesting in terms of the structural and logical matrix of the project and the number of multiscale interdisciplinary and intersectoral tasks on the synergy of educational and managerial potential to transform higher education to train future professionals who can revive Ukraine after full-scale aggression.
The general packages of the project include work with biosphere reserves and the experience of German colleagues in effective work with them (fool prof, Matthias Barth, Angela Dichte, Eberswalde University for Sustainable Development, Germany; work with communities to study the demand for training of environmentalists who can work effectively to develop green projects (Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Iryna Kotsiuba and the project team of the State University "Zhytomyr Polytechnic", Zhytomyr, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Victoria Khrutba and the project team of the National Transport University, Kyiv); conducting an analysis of activity planning based on the received requests of stakeholders (PhD, Associate Professor Olena Maksymets and the project team of the National Forestry University, Lviv); creation of fundamentally new courses that meet the UNESCO requirements for higher education of the future (Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Nataliia Vnukova and the project team of KhNAHU) and partner teams of the project consortium from Odesa, Mykolaiv, Mariupol, etc.
During the winter working session, which began on 16 January 2024, the current meetings were held every Wednesday during January-February, and the final stage of which took place on 6 March 2024, a number of issues related to organisational and managerial issues, discussion of the algorithm for completing the tasks of the work packages and a broad discussion of educational programmes at various levels were discussed. At the final meeting of the winter working session on 6 March 2024, Professor Nataliia VNUKOVA, Associate Professors Yuliia KALIUZHNA and Nataliia TSAPKO (Department of Ecology) discussed the issues of joint work with communities under the third work package of the project; heard proposals from foreign and domestic stakeholders (employers) based on the results of the discussion of educational programmes of the first, second and third levels of higher education (bachelors, "Ecology and Environmental Protection", masters, "Environmental Safety" and PhD, "Environmental Safety") in the speciality "Ecology", which are provided by the Department of Ecology of KhNAHU; discussed changes to the List of fields of knowledge and specialities in which higher education applicants are trained. The stakeholders suggested that, in the future, it would be advisable to innovatively update the Bachelor's and Doctoral PhD programmes by adding new courses after the completion of the Transformational Learning Network for Resilience - Enabling Ukrainian higher education to ensure a sustainable and robust reconstruction of (post-war) Ukraine (TransLearnN) project. It was noted that the recommendation is relevant for new projects of educational programmes for the 2025/26 academic year after the end of the project and the development of such courses.
