Завдяки підтримки голови  Національного Еразмус+ офісу в Україні (НЕО В УКРАЇНІ)  пані Світлани Шітіковій , яка  у тісній співпраці з Представництвом ЄС в Україні забезпечує допомогу та підтримку впровадження і поширення інформації про можливості та проєкти Програми ЄС Еразмус+ у сферах вищої освіти, професійного розвитку, молоді та спорту в Україні,  Ректорату  ХНАДУ та спільної командної роботи з керівним  складом управлінського менеджменту  ХНАДУ  з міжнародної діяльності  у рамках програми фінансування «Erasmus+ KA220-HED – Партнерство у сфері вищої освіти»  колектив кафедри екології ХНАДУ почав реалізувати  наступний  міжнародний проєкт: Трансформаційна навчальна мережа для стійкості - Допомога українській вищій освіті для забезпечення стійкої та надійної реконструкції (післявоєнної) України  (TransLearnN), Номер проекту NA DAAD: 2023-1-DE01-KA220-HED-000157119. Загальна  сума проекту 400 000,00 €.  Координатором проекту від університету  виступила експерт у сфері вищої освіти , завідувач кафедри екології, професор, доктор технічних наук, член Національної Комісії  України у справах ЮНЕСКО,  Наталія Внукова.  Проєктним менеджером  є доцент кафедри екології , кандидат технічних наук, гарант  освітньої програми  «Екологічна безпека» другого магістерського рівня магістрів  за спеціальністю 101 «Екологія» Ганна Желновач; провідним виконавцем проєкту є доцент кафедри екології, кандидат технічних наук, Юлія  Калюжна.     

Усі ці цілі сприяють головному пріоритету  проекту «Підтримка закладів вищої освіти та  їхня співпраця з українськими колегами у відповідь на війну в Україні» та зосередженню  на підтримці українських університетів. Члени Консорціуму- це одинадцять потужних провідних  українських  та європейських університетів ,  які об’єдналися заради  напрацювання спільного досвіду та наробки методологічних інструментів створення інноваційних курсів , що розраховані на всі верстви населення та фахівців, яких цікавить саме сталий розвиток та  транс дисциплінарні екологічні кейси. Координатором проєкту виступив Університет сталого розвитку Еберсвальде, Германія. Провідні фахівці університету об’єднали зусилля щодо спільної роботи  з українськими партнерами в напряму реалізації глобального європейського проекту «Біосфера» та розбудови потужної мережі освітян та стейхолдерів, які прагнуть впливати на підготовку енвайронменталистів  для України. Ректор ХНАДУ, професор  Віктор Богомолов велику увагу приділяє саме актуальним векторам реформ у вищій освіті України та сприяє ініціативам фахівців університету щодо синергізму у виконанні самих амбітних завдань Міністерства та науки у сфері імплементації європейського досвіду сталого розвитку університетів майбутнього. З 4 го по 9 грудня відбулася перша загальна зустріч  представників членів Консорціуму на платформі Університету сталого розвитку Еберсвальде, Німеччина. Робота була дуже напруженою . Паралельно відбулося біля 20 панельних зустрічей та круглих столів із представниками більш ніж 22 організацій стейкхолдерів, які є асоційованими членами проєктного Консорціуму TransLearnN. Також відбулися  організаційні зустрічі керівного складу власників основних пакетів проекту задля напрацювання алгоритмів виконання завдань за кожним пакетом. Професор Наталія Внукова виступила модератором зустрічі за одним із головних пакетів проекту « Розробка та апробація  інноваційних освітніх курсів». Команда ХНАДУ запропонувала інноваційні  інтерактивні методики організації роботи команд  із наробки алгоритмів вирішення спільних завдань для досягнення загальних стратегічних  цілей за проектом. За результатами зустрічі було підписано Угоду про співпрацю між ХНАДУ та Університетом сталого розвитку,Еберсвальде,Німеччина    

Проєктна команда  кафедри екології ХНАДУ вітає усіх партнерів  та асоційованих членів Консорціуму проєкту «Трансформаційна навчальна мережа для стійкості - Допомога українській вищій освіті для забезпечення стійкої та надійної реконструкції (післявоєнної) України  (TransLearnN)» з наступаючим Новим  2024 роком , бажає успіху та досягнення стратегічної мети проєкту – посилення суспільно-політичної лідерської ролі університетів у контексті сталої реконструкції України ! 

Thanks to the support of the Head of the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine (NEO in Ukraine), Ms Svitlana Shitikova, who, in close cooperation with the EU Delegation to Ukraine, provides assistance and support for the implementation and dissemination of information about the opportunities and projects of the EU Erasmus+ Programme in the fields of higher education, professional development, youth and sports in Ukraine, the Rectorate of KhNADU and joint teamwork with the management of the KhNADU management on international activities within the framework of the funding programme "Erasmus+ KA220-HED - Partnership in Higher Education", the Transformational Learning Network for Resilience - Assistance to Ukrainian Higher Education for the sustainable and resilient reconstruction of (post-war) Ukraine (TransLearnN), NA DAAD Project Number: 2023-1-DE01-KA220-HED-000157119. The total amount of the project is 400,000.00 €.  The project coordinator from the university was Nataliia Vnukova, an expert in higher education, Head of the Department of Ecology, Professor, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Member of the National Commission of Ukraine for UNESCO. The project manager is Hanna Zhelnovach, Associate Professor of the Department of Ecology, Candidate of Technical Sciences, guarantor of the Environmental Safety study programme of the second master's degree in Ecology 101; the lead project executor is Yuliia Kaliuzhna, Associate Professor of the Department of Ecology, Candidate of Technical Sciences. The project is very ambitious and brings together both educators and stakeholders to achieve the overall Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of UNESCO, namely the development of a new sustainable education and the formation of an environmentally oriented interdisciplinary network of professional training of environmental specialists for the future of the state. The overall objectives of the project are: 1. Strengthening the socio-political leadership role of universities in the context of sustainable reconstruction of Ukraine. 2. Creating an interdisciplinary educational network to develop and test innovative approaches to sustainable development in both teaching and applied research as a contribution to the (post-war) sustainability of recovery processes.3. Supporting Ukrainian universities on their way to sustainable university management.4. Engaging students as change agents for sustainable and risk-resilient development. All of these objectives contribute to the project's main priority "Supporting Higher Education Institutions and their Cooperation with Ukrainian Counterparts in Response to the War in Ukraine" and its focus on supporting Ukrainian universities. The members of the Consortium are eleven powerful leading Ukrainian and European universities that have united to develop common experience and methodological tools for creating innovative courses designed for all segments of the population and professionals interested in sustainable development and transdisciplinary environmental cases. The project was coordinated by the University of Sustainable Development Eberswalde, Germany. Leading experts of the university joined forces to work together with Ukrainian partners to implement the global European project "Biosphere" and build a powerful network of educators and stakeholders who seek to influence the training of environmentalists for Ukraine. The Rector of KhNAHU, Professor Viktor Bogomolov, pays great attention to the current vectors of reforms in higher education in Ukraine and promotes the initiatives of university specialists to synergise in fulfilling the most ambitious tasks of the Ministry of Education and Science in the implementation of the European experience of sustainable development of universities of the future. From 4 to 9 December, the first general meeting of representatives of the Consortium members took place at the University of Sustainable Development Eberswalde, Germany. The work was very intense. In parallel, about 20 panel meetings and roundtables were held with representatives of more than 22 stakeholder organisations that are associate members of the TransLearnN project Consortium. Organisational meetings were also held with the management team of the main project packages to develop algorithms for completing tasks under each package. Professor Nataliia Vnukova moderated the meeting on one of the main packages of the project "Development and testing of innovative educational courses". The team of KNAHU proposed innovative interactive methods of organising the work of teams to develop algorithms for solving common problems to achieve common strategic goals of the project. As a result of the meeting, a cooperation agreement was signed between KhNAHU and the University of Sustainable Development, Eberswalde, Germany.
